Sign-up and CSPN Drive

A few updates...
  • The whole fourth grade will be making Native American crafts next week, and would be extremely grateful for any donations your family would be willing to make.
Please visit http://signup-fourthgrade.wikispaces.com/ to sign up if you can.

  • Additionally, each classroom teacher has three full day meetings to continue to develop our integrated curriculum. The school is asking for parent volunteers, so that we do not have to spend extra money on substitutes.
The dates for our all day meetings are:
September 15, December 8, and February 16.

If you are able, please consider signing up.

  • CSPN drive is still continuing! We were the highest this week with 53%. Let's be the FIRST to make 100%! Please send in any amount as soon as you can! We will earn a jeans day!

  • Lastly...If you have not turned in the Entertainment Book for the fundraiser, please do so ASAP or $25 to cover the cost of the book.

CSPN Support Drive

Don't forget to send in your donation to CSPN. Each class that has 100% participation will earn a special prize from CSPN! :)
If you haven't sent in your $25.00 for student fees (planner, communication folder, Arts in Education, etc.), please do so ASAP.

Thank you for sending in popcorn and drinks. Your children really enjoyed it, and I greatly appreciate your support.

Reminders

Please send in any art supplies, CSPN $25.00 student fees, and the registration packet that your child received on Tuesday, if you have not already done so.

In addition, more papers will be going home today that must be returned (Attendance Policy, Student Handbook agreement) along with some informative information. Be on the lookout! :)

Chick-Fil-A night is Tuesday (August 10)--4146 Poplar Ave.

Next Thursday, August 12, is our "Meet the Teacher" night. It starts at 6 in our classroom, and I will be presenting our school and classroom expectations/procedures. Then at 6:45, we break for a CSPN meeting (our PTO). I hope to see you there!
